Weβre on the lookout for a positive, hard-working, and dependable team member to work at our new downtown Seneca Falls location with a focus on taking orders, assembling/bagging orders, providing amazing customer interactions, and carrying our chill vibe forward.
From working the register to filling orders to making sure our space stays lovely, all team members will need to be proficient in all tasks so everyone is supported and can step in to cover as needed.
Youβll never feel like youβre on your ownβ¦we hustle together, we make sure things are done right together, and we have a great time along the way. This position will be relaxed on occasion, but fast-paced during busy times of service. Weβre looking for someone who is capable of navigating the stress of getting orders out quickly while maintaining a happy vibe throughout.

We plan on opening Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, with Thursdays possibly being added in Spring 2026. Opening hours are yet to be determined, but we anticipate Noon-2pm for lunch service, 5pm-8pm for evening service, and Noon-8pm on weekends. This may change.
We understand that life carries its own set of responsibilities, so we give our team members the flexibility to decide the days and hours they want to work based on availability. All we ask is that we can count on you once you commit to a schedule (which we understand may change from week to week).

While weβre a flexible, friendly, and understanding bunch, weβre also 100% committed to providing our guests with great tasting fresh-made BBQ, sides, sauces, and moreβ¦as well as a comfortable and healthy environment.
As such, we have a strict NO SMOKING and NO VAPING policy during work hours or whenever youβre on location. Smoke breaks or quick hits of a vape will NEVER be accommodated or permissible, so please keep this in mind before applying.Β

– Greet customers, take orders, and work register during service
– Assist with order organization, expediting, and bagging
– Assist with food station prep ahead of service
– Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and kitchen area
– Ensure food safety and proper handling of all ingredients and preparation when needed
– Stock and restock supplies as needed
– Follow all health and safety regulations
– Provide friendly, positive, and efficient customer service
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
– Must be able to lift up to 20+ lbs and stand for extended periods
– Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
– Reliable transportation, punctual, and dependable
– Flexibility to work evenings, days, and weekends based on availability
– Capable of maintaining accuracy and double-checking orders
– Outgoing, positive, and friendly attitude that can complement our brand culture
